By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. **Account Security:** You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. TheUserOpinion is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

**Your Content:** You retain ownership of reviews and content you post on TheUserOpinion. By posting, you grant TheUserOpinion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. **Review Guidelines:** All reviews must comply with our Review Guidelines. Reviews must: - Be based on genuine personal experiences - Be honest and accurate - Not contain hate speech, threats, or illegal content - Not be submitted in exchange for payment or incentives from the business - Not impersonate another person **Moderation:** TheUserOpinion reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms or our Review Guidelines. We use both automated systems and human moderators to maintain content quality. **Disputes:** Businesses may flag reviews they believe violate guidelines. TheUserOpinion will review flagged content and make a determination. Our decision is final.

**Claiming a Profile:** Businesses can claim their profile by verifying domain ownership or business email. By claiming a profile, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business. **Business Responsibilities:** Businesses that claim profiles agree to: - Provide accurate business information - Not manipulate reviews or ratings - Respond to reviews professionally and respectfully - Not retaliate against reviewers **Prohibited Actions:** Businesses may not: - Offer incentives for positive reviews - Threaten or harass reviewers - Create fake positive reviews - Use bots or automated systems to manipulate ratings

**TheUserOpinion IP:** The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by TheUserOpinion and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. **Trust Score:** The TheUserOpinion Trust Score algorithm, methodology, and branding are proprietary to TheUserOpinion. **Trademarks:** "TheUserOpinion," the TheUserOpinion logo, and related marks are trademarks of TheUserOpinion Inc. You may not use them without prior written consent. **API Usage:** Use of the TheUserOpinion API is subject to our API Terms of Service. API keys are non-transferable and may be revoked for misuse.

You agree not to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Scrape, crawl, or collect data from TheUserOpinion without permission - Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers - Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions - Use automated tools to submit reviews or interact with the Service - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

**By You:** You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. **By TheUserOpinion:** We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when reasonable. **Effect of Termination:** Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Reviews you have posted may remain visible but will be attributed to "Deleted User."

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THEUSEROPINION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: - The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Reviews are accurate, complete, or reliable - The Trust Score reflects the true quality of any business - The Service will meet your specific requirements TheUserOpinion is a platform for user-generated reviews. We do not endorse any business, product, or service reviewed on our platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEUSEROPINION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THEUSEROPINION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
