How do I write a review?
Search for the business you want to review, click "Write a Review," and share your experience with a star rating and detailed feedback.
Can businesses remove negative reviews?
No. Businesses cannot pay to remove reviews. Reviews can only be removed if they violate our review guidelines (e.g., contain hate speech or are provably fake).
What is a Trust Score?
The Trust Score is our proprietary metric that combines average rating, review volume, recency, and authenticity signals into a single 1-5 score.
How do I claim my business profile?
Go to your business page and click "Claim This Business," or register directly at /business/register. You'll need to verify domain ownership.
Is TheUserOpinion free to use?
Yes! Reading and writing reviews is completely free. Businesses can also claim their profile for free. Premium features are available for businesses that want advanced analytics and tools.
